Paying Females Less than Males
Is only a Small Part of the Problem!

Boyé Lafayette De Mente

Males continue to treat females as intrinsically inferior…a concept entrenched in the male mindset and behavior since the origin of the species.

There is a simple reason for this. As in other species, nature made males larger and stronger than females so they could dominate them sexually.

The passing of a great deal of time and the positive influence of societies has resulted in most males generally being able to control their animal instincts, but this evolutionary advance has not prevented the vast majority of human males from exhibiting irrational behavior toward females.

Virtually all male-created institutions have traditionally been designed to keep women from using their minds and to repress their natural sexuality. This especially applies to social systems, including man-made religions.

This mindset is responsible for the present state of affairs in the United States and in the economic, social and religious problems in all countries around the world.

One of the natural results of this mindset is that females have traditionally been paid less for their work than males, regardless of the kind of work they did or their qualifications.

Now, after some million or more years of human history this is slowly but surely changing.

On April 12, 2014 American President Barack Obama announced his support of equal pay for working women and his determination to end a wrong that has plagued women since the origin of the human species.

But the problem of male dominance goes much deeper and further than paying females less than males.

Short-changing females for their labor is only a tiny aspect of the problems that male dominance has inflicted upon humanity. Males have been responsible for virtually all of the violence that has been characteristic of mankind.

For just how destructive and malicious male dominance has been and still is see the book, THE PLAGUE OF MALE DOMINANCE! – The Cause & Cure! It is available from Amazon.com.

The book details the overall failures of American culture—from economics, education, entertainment, politics and religions to sexual behavior. It also maintains that human beings cannot achieve even half of their potential until women play an equal if not primary role in the affairs of humanity.
